2. Services Provided

Verona Nails LLC specializes in professional nail care, focusing on the health and hygiene of the nail and skin through advanced techniques such as:

  • Russian manicure and pedicure

  • Gel manicure (long nails)

  • Smart gel pedicure

  • Cat Eye designs

  • Nail artistry with high-quality, hypoallergenic gel products

All services are performed with high standards of hygiene and aesthetic care.

3. Eligibility

  • Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • By booking a service, the client confirms they have read and accepted these Terms.

  • Clients must schedule an appointment and visit the studio in person to receive services.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Appointments are booked exclusively via WhatsApp. No bookings are accepted by email or other platforms.
  • Clients are encouraged to cancel or reschedule with sufficient notice. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.

  • Payment methods accepted will be confirmed during the booking process.

  • A deposit or advance payment may be required depending on the service.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Product Use and Allergies

Verona Nails uses only high-quality, user-safe products. These include:

  • Gel polish free from toluene, formaldehyde, HEMA, and solvents

  • Odorless, hypoallergenic formulations not tested on animals

  • Non-toxic, silicone-free, and made with natural resin

  • UV gels with self-leveling and protein-enhanced formulas

By receiving our services, the client acknowledges and accepts the application of these products. The studio will provide ingredient information upon request. Verona Nails LLC is not liable for allergic reactions or sensitivities unless due to gross negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All brand assets, including name, logo, images, content, and nail designs created by Verona Nails, are the exclusive property of the company.

  • Clients may share photos of their nails taken inside the studio, but commercial use or reproduction of content without prior written consent is prohibited.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version of the Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
